That’s why, at Hei, trust is a design principle. The entire platform is built so that everyone can reflect, exchange ideas, and grow in a safe environment. Confidentiality is protected, and information is shared only when intended, agreed upon, and consistent with the purpose for which it was collected.

Conversations with the AI coach are private. Neither the Hei team nor the organization can access them without explicit permission. Peer feedback is transparent and mutual, to encourage more authentic and accountable dialogue. Data collected through assessments and 360 feedback is used only for the organizational purposes it was requested for.

This approach lets people express themselves more authentically and makes coaching more effective. Only when people trust the tool can they use it honestly, turning every interaction into an opportunity to grow.
